Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This policy explains how Nudj Tech Limited ("Nudj", "we", "us") uses personal data. It covers three groups of people:
- Visitors to nudj.com and people who contact us.
- Our customers and their team members who use the Nudj platform at app.nudj.com.
- People whose details are in lead lists processed through Nudj, including people who receive a voicemail or text sent by one of our customers.
Who we are
Nudj Tech Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12553260). Our registered office is Whiteleaf Business Centre, 11 Little Balmer, Buckingham, MK18 1TF. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under number ZC184926.
For anything about your data, email privacy@nudj.com or write to us at the address above.
Our role
- For website visitors, customers and their users, Nudj is the controller of your data.
- When a customer uploads its own lead list and runs sequences on it, the customer is the controller and Nudj is its processor. We only use that data to provide the service on the customer's instructions.
- When we source business contact data for a customer, Nudj is a controller for the sourcing and supply of that data. Once the customer uses it to contact people, the customer is the controller of that outreach and is responsible for doing so lawfully.
1. Website visitors and enquiries
What we collect: your name, email, phone number, company and message when you contact us or book a call; basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
Why: to reply to you, arrange calls, run and secure the website and understand how it is used.
Lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, running a secure website). Where we use non-essential cookies we rely on consent where the law requires it.
Cookies: we use cookies that are needed for the site to work. If we use analytics or similar cookies that need consent, we will ask first and you can change your choice at any time.
2. Customers and platform users
What we collect: account details (name, work email, phone, company, job title, login details); billing details (billing contact, address, VAT number, payment records; card payments are handled by our payment provider and we do not store full card numbers); the content you create in the platform (offers, scripts, text messages, sequence settings); voice recordings you upload or record, including recordings used to create a cloned voice; usage and support data.
Why: to provide the platform, create your sequences and voices, take payment, provide support, keep the service secure, prevent misuse and improve the product. We may also send you service updates and, where allowed, marketing about Nudj, which you can opt out of at any time.
Lawful basis: performance of our contract with you or your employer; legal obligations (for example tax records); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement, business marketing).
Your voice: we only use your voice recordings and any cloned voice to deliver voicemails for your account. We do not use them for any other customer. You can ask us to delete your recordings and cloned voice at any time, and we delete them when your account closes.
3. People in lead lists and recipients of messages
If you have received a voicemail or text sent through Nudj, it was sent by, or on behalf of, the business named in the message. That business decided to contact you and is responsible for doing so lawfully. Please contact them directly, or contact us and we will pass your request on and stop further messages through Nudj.
What we process: name, job title, employer, business contact details including mobile number, and the messages sent and any replies.
Where it comes from: either the customer who uploaded it, or business contact data providers we use to find contact details for customers, which currently include ppl.contact and pearch.ai. These providers compile professional information from public and commercial sources.
Why: to let our customers contact relevant business prospects, deliver their voicemails and texts, record replies and honour opt outs.
Lawful basis: for data we source, legitimate interests in providing business contact information for business to business outreach. We weigh this against your interests and only provide business contact details.
Opting out: reply STOP to any text, or email privacy@nudj.com with your number. We will add you to a suppression list so you are not contacted again through Nudj by any customer. We keep the minimum details needed to make that suppression work.
Who we share data with
We use trusted suppliers to run Nudj, including: hosting and infrastructure providers; telecoms providers that carry calls, voicemails and texts; AI and speech providers that help write messages and generate voices; payment and accounting providers; data providers that supply business contact details; and email, support and scheduling tools (including Calendly for booking calls). They may only use data to provide their services to us.
We may also share data with professional advisers, with authorities where the law requires, or with a buyer if our business is sold. We do not sell personal data to data brokers.
International transfers
Some suppliers are based or store data outside the UK, including in the US and EU. Where they do, we use lawful transfer safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data
- Account and platform data: for as long as the account is open, then up to 12 months unless needed longer for a dispute.
- Billing records: 6 years, for tax and accounting.
- Customer lead lists and message history: while the customer's account is open, then deleted within 90 days of closure.
- Voice recordings and cloned voices: until the customer deletes them or the account closes.
- Suppression list entries: indefinitely, so we can keep honouring your opt out.
- Website enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it (including any marketing, which you can stop at any time), and in some cases move it to another provider. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. Email privacy@nudj.com. We will reply within one month. If the request is about data a customer controls, we will pass it to them and help them respond.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first at privacy@nudj.com and we will look into it and reply. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and reputable infrastructure providers to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will act quickly if something goes wrong.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be flagged to customers.
