Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between Nudj Tech Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12553260), registered office Whiteleaf Business Centre, 11 Little Balmer, Buckingham, MK18 1TF ("Nudj", "we", "us"), and the business that signs up for or uses Nudj ("you", "the customer").
By creating an account, using the platform or paying for any plan, you accept these terms on behalf of your business. If you do not agree, do not use Nudj.
1. Business use only
Nudj is for businesses. You confirm you are acting for a business and not as a consumer, and that the person accepting these terms has authority to bind that business.
2. The service
Nudj lets you build and run voicemail and text sequences to business leads. You can upload your own lead lists or ask us to find leads and mobile numbers for you. We draft text messages for you; you set and approve the sequence. Voicemails can use your own recording, a cloned version of your voice or one of our preset voices. White Glove customers also receive the done-for-you services set out in their order or proposal.
We may improve, change or remove features over time. We will not materially reduce the core service you have paid for during a paid period.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account, your users and everything done under your login. Keep your login details secure and tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.
4. Plans, credit and payment
- Prices: current prices are on nudj.com/#pricing or in your order. All prices are plus VAT.
- Pay as you go: you buy credit in advance. Credit is used as leads are worked or touches are delivered, at the rates shown when you buy. Credit expires 12 months after purchase. Any bonus credit applies only as stated at the time of purchase. Credit is not refundable or transferable, except where the law requires.
- What is charged: a voicemail is charged only when delivered. A mobile number search is charged only when a number is found.
- Unlimited: billed monthly in advance and includes the monthly lead allowance shown on the pricing page. Leads above the allowance are charged at pay as you go rates. If you exceed the allowance for 2 consecutive months, we may ask you to move to a larger plan. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month and no partial refunds are given.
- White Glove: priced and scoped in a separate order or proposal, which forms part of these terms. If they conflict, the order wins.
- Promotions: offers such as FREE200 apply once per business, on the terms shown with the offer, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may refuse or cancel promotions we think are being misused.
- Late payment: if a payment fails or is late, we may suspend the service until it is paid and charge statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- Price changes: we may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes do not affect credit you have already bought.
5. Your responsibility for outreach
You decide who to contact, what to say and when. You are the sender of every voicemail and text sent from your account and you are responsible for making sure your outreach is lawful. In particular you agree that you will:
- comply with all laws that apply to your outreach, including the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), Ofcom rules and the laws of any other country you contact;
- have a lawful basis to contact every lead, and get consent wherever the law requires it. This includes recorded voicemail messages, which under PECR generally need the recipient's specific prior consent, and texts to sole traders, some partnerships and personal numbers;
- screen numbers against the Telephone Preference Service and Corporate Telephone Preference Service where the law requires;
- clearly identify your business in every message and give recipients a simple way to opt out;
- honour every opt out promptly and never re-upload or re-contact people who have opted out;
- only contact people in a business capacity about relevant business products or services;
- not send messages that are misleading, harassing, offensive, unlawful or that impersonate anyone;
- not use Nudj for consumer marketing, debt collection, political campaigning, or regulated products or services where specific outreach rules apply (including financial services, gambling, pensions and claims management) unless you hold the required authorisations and comply with those rules.
We may review campaigns, block messages, apply our own suppression list and refuse to send to numbers where we think the outreach could be unlawful or harmful.
6. Leads we source for you
Where we find leads or mobile numbers for you, we provide them as business contact data from third party sources. We take reasonable care in choosing our sources but do not guarantee the data is accurate, complete or up to date, or that any person is suitable or lawful for you to contact. It is your decision whether and how to use that data, and section 5 applies to it in full. You may only use sourced data for your own business outreach and must not resell or share it.
7. Voices and content
- You may only upload or clone a voice that is yours, or that you have the clear written permission of its owner to use. You must not imitate any other person.
- You are responsible for all content in your sequences, including text we draft for you once you approve or launch it. Review AI-generated text and voice output before use; it may contain mistakes.
- You keep ownership of your content, lead lists and voice recordings. You give us a licence to use them only to provide and support the service for you.
- We own the Nudj platform, software, preset voices and everything we create to run the service, other than your content. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing product from it.
- We may use anonymised and aggregated data about how the service performs to improve it, but never in a way that identifies you or any individual.
8. Data protection
Each of us will comply with data protection law. For lead data you upload, you are the controller and we are your processor, and the processor terms in the schedule below apply. For lead data we source, our role is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Suspension
We may suspend or restrict your account immediately if we reasonably believe you are breaching section 5, 6 or 7, your use is generating complaints or regulator attention, you have not paid, or your use puts us, our suppliers, recipients or other customers at risk. We will tell you why where we lawfully can.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against all losses, fines, penalties, claims, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from your outreach, your content, your lead data or any breach of sections 5, 6 or 7 by you or your users, including any regulatory action taken against us because of messages sent from your account.
11. Our liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
- We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, data or goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.
- We do not promise any level of replies, meetings or sales. Examples on our website are illustrative.
- Our total liability to you in any 12 month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
- The service relies on telecoms networks and third party providers. We do not guarantee that every voicemail or text will be delivered, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.
12. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other's confidential information private and only use it for this agreement, unless it is already public or disclosure is required by law.
13. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We can end these terms with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously breach them or become insolvent. When the agreement ends, your access stops, unused credit is forfeited (unless we end it without cause, in which case we refund unused paid credit), and we delete your data as set out in our Privacy Policy. Sections 5, 6, 7, 10, 11 and 12 continue after it ends.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email or in the platform. Continuing to use Nudj after that date means you accept the change.
15. General
These terms, any order and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it to a group company or buyer of our business. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. No third party has rights under these terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
